With over 20 years in healthcare technology, Hasib has led digital transformation projects, including NHS platforms and cloud-based solutions. He specialises in digital strategy, system integration, and business intelligence to enhance healthcare services.
Dr Burhan Ahmed CMO, Aqlios
15+ years frontline NHS experience
Dr Burhan Ahmed is an NHS GP Partner and digital health leader with experience in clinical governance, system integration, and modernising primary care. He has led innovations in patient-owned health records and contributes to national work on data trust and ethical AI, supporting Aqlios in aligning technology with real-world clinical practice.
Sam Clare COO, Aqlios

Sam Clare oversees all operational matters across our practices, leading the central team and working closely with individual sites to deliver outstanding colleague and patient care. With over 20 years of experience in healthcare leadership, Sam brings deep operational expertise, a strong focus on team development, and a commitment to building services that are efficient, supportive, and patient-centred. Sam collaborates across the organisation to drive consistency, strengthen performance, and ensure high-quality care is delivered at every level.
Kayleigh Sangster Head of Resourcing
20+ years across in resourcing and recruitment
Kayleigh Resourcing Manager with a strong foundation in care having worked her way up from a Care Worker to a Care Manager. Now supporting practice managers across 23 NHS practices in England and Wales, support across as clinical roles including GPs, ACPs, ANPs, Nurses, HCAs and AHPs. NHS compliance is her passion and she took pride in ensuring every clinician is fully vetted and ready to work safely and effectively

Clarissa is the Patient Experience Manager across our practices, dedicated to ensuring every patient receives the highest standard of care. With over a decade of experience in primary care, she brings deep operational insight, a passion for continuous improvement, and a commitment to making every interaction feel supportive, respectful, and well‑coordinated. Clarissa works closely with teams across all sites to champion patient voices, strengthen services, and drive meaningful, lasting improvements in the way we deliver care.

Naziema brings 20 plus years of experience in managing and scaling operations and services. She is leading all our private health services development and operationalization.
Beth Wilson Head of Primary Care Operations
With a decade and a half of experience in primary care, I bring a breadth of knowledge spanning both frontline operations and senior management across general practice. Having developed my career from reception through to leadership roles, I offer a well-rounded understanding of the complexities, pressures and opportunities within modern primary care environments. I am committed to strengthening primary care delivery at scale, enabling practices to meet demand, enhance patient experience and support the wellbeing of their workforce.
Mary Paul Head of Nursing
Mary brings over eight years of nursing experience across both hospital and primary care settings. After five years working in hospital environments, she moved into general practice, where she developed a deep understanding of the pressures and possibilities of community-based care.
Now heading up nursing at Aqlios, Mary is passionate about bringing nurses together and creating the kind of supportive, connected environment where clinical teams can do their best work.
